'RusticBites' originated from a single vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our small, family-owned pizzeria was founded on recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our progenitor, was inspired to master pizza-making while exploring Italy, especially in Naples—the ancestral home of pizza. After her Italian sojourn, she was compelled to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old practices and selecting top-tier ingredients.
The journey from a cozy 12-seat eatery to a cherished local establishment has been remarkable, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains intact. We continue the tradition of the wood-fired oven, prepare our dough from scratch everyday, and choose the best ingredients available.
Maintained as a family business, 'RusticBites' now thrives under the Bianchi family's second generation. While we have adopted some contemporary advancements, our core mission endures: to craft luscious, genuine pizza that unites people.
